Bay Shore Barber Co. was born from a simple idea: bring back the classic barbershop experience to our neighborhood. In 2018, Tony Russo left a high-end Manhattan salon to open a shop where every client is treated like family.

What started as a one-chair operation quickly grew into a community hub. Locals come not just for the precision cuts, but for the genuine conversations and the feeling of belonging to something special.

Today, our team of three skilled barbers serves hundreds of clients each week. We've stayed true to our roots — quality craftsmanship, honest pricing, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
